Overview
A soft, high-performance packing solution made from advanced expanded PTFE. Developed with innovative layering and high-temperature processing, it delivers exceptional flexibility, self-lubrication, and chemical resilience.

Key Benefits

  • Long Service Life – Maintains softness and adaptability over time, automatically filling potential leak paths. Highly resistant to corrosion and aging for reliable, durable use.

  • Easy Valve Operation – Exceptionally low friction and inherent self-lubrication enable smooth on-off action, even at ambient temperatures.

  • Clean, Pollution-Free Sealing – Pristine, pure-white PTFE ensures no contamination or shedding—ideal for pharmaceutical, food, and specialty chemical applications.

  • Inventory Efficiency – A few standard sizes can suit most valves, cutting down on inventory and costs. Even oversized valves can be packed tightly and molded for a precise seal.

Tensile Strength ≥ 7 MPa
Elongation ≥ 140 %

Overview
A versatile, pure-white PTFE belt that brings together flexibility, resilience, creep resistance, and self-lubrication—making it an excellent sealing material across industries like chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, power, metallurgy, and marine.

Ideal Uses

  • Sealing flanges on heat exchangers, reactors, towers—even those lined with enamel, glass, plastic, rubber, or graphite.

  • Connecting pipelines and fittings, especially with uneven surfaces, low bolt torque, or large diameters.

  • Ensuring contamination-free seals in critical applications, including aggressive or high-purity media.

Advantages

  1. Superior Sealing Performance – Compresses to fill gaps and furrows; responds to pressure by expanding to seal more tightly.

  2. Simple Installation – Cut to length, join ends, and shape to fit any flange. Adhesive backing holds it in place, and minimal bolt torque (≥ 50 kgf/cm²) is sufficient.

  3. Exceptional Durability – Excellent corrosion and weather resistance enhanced by special treatments that improve creep resistance over time.

  4. Clean & Non-Contaminating – Natural PTFE whiteness avoids shedding; corrosion resistance protects product purity.

  5. Cost-Effective – Eliminates waste and the need for many custom gaskets. Compatible with damaged or aged surfaces, extending equipment life and reducing repairs.

Installation Tips

  1. Ensure surfaces are clean and dry.

  2. Select an appropriate width and thickness.

  3. Remove liner and apply the tape around the flange, overlapping the ends by ~2–3 cm.

  4. For face-flange applications, overlap ends; for recessed flanges, align parallel with the same overlap.

  5. Tighten bolts evenly—the joint will compress to form a tight, leak-free seal.
